Past Association Chaplin passed away

This message is to all the Rangers out there. This is with a very heavy heart to inform you that one of your Ranger buddies SFC E-7 Robert Smyers past away at his home in St Petersburg FL this week. Services are tenativaly planed for Friday August 21, 2009 at the veterans cemetery in Bushnell FL. He is survived by his loving wife Wanda. He will be greatly missed by those of us who new him well.
