Thanks Ranger. Thanks for stepping up when you didn't have to. Thanks for sleeping in the mud and snow and eating the same grub day in and day out. Thanks for your courage to keep going while you face curtains of lead and fire. Thanks for giving up the company of those at home who you love and worry about. Thanks for being there to watch your buddy's back. Thanks for giving all you've got and all you'll ever have so people can be free of petty tyrants and oppressive ideologies. Thanks for doing the hardest job in the world for not enough pay. Thanks for doing it all and settling for just a pat on the pack and and the satisfaction of seeing that flag flapping in the wind. It's men like you who put it there and keep it there. Thanks Ranger.
